Cleo’s Yarn Shop | Operations Manager

• Designed the new shop location's layout which is twice the square footage of previous location using CAD software (SketchUp); focused on utilization of current assets and expansion into an in-store cafe counter.

• Assistant project managed a team of four people to complete construction of the new shop in under four weeks in order to display the full inventory adequately and reopen.

• Managed in-store operations; inventory control, special event planning, & coordinating, scheduling, and teaching group lessons.

• Planned and executed an off-site excursion for 100 people, which the first day of ticket sales ranked in the shop's top 3 sales days on record.

Roll & Hill | Designer Roll & Hill

• Spearheaded the development of a lighting fixture from concept to market launch in just 6 months, demonstrating exceptional project management and design skills.

• Engineered an interchangeable system of internal components for a 10+ fixture lighting collection, improving product efficiency, reducing production costs, and enhancing user experience.
